You carefully use two fingers to grab the sticky piece of paper out of the broken bottle. You feel a little ashamed of yourself when you realize you've got the shakes. You feel especially stupid when you cut the side of your hand on the bottle. Nothing serious, but it stings and you wonder if you can get tetanus from glass. Your humiliation is complete when you realize the paper was just the sticker from around the bottle. Pissed, you're about kick the whole pyramid over when you notice writing on the other side of the Miller Lite label.

It says:

A drop of your blood falls and dots the "i".

In the corner of the paper is a circular compass. North isn't labeled, but there is a line, presumably, indicating the way to continue this extremely odd scavenger hunt. It points you towards the woods. You can see what looks like a trail between the pines.
